Really Diving into Google

Here are the tasks for class:

1. Create a form

• First Name
• Last Name
• E-Mail
• General Question (favorite color for example)
• General Question (favorite food for example
• Pick a template
• Save this in your assignment folder in Google Docs

2. Have at least 3 other people besides yourself take the survey. (Send them the link via email)

3. Look at results

4. Run "Yet another mail merge" script.
