HOW TO JOIN PLT4M
HERE'S HOW IF YOU ARE NOT YET ON PLT4M. IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON PLT4M SKIP TO NUMBER 2.
1. Sign up for an athlete account using your school's Join Code with is, “p3fitness” and make sure you add that you are a physical education student in the “Select a Sport” portion of the account sign up. Then, join the appropriate hours' group.
2. Watch this video to learn how to navigate PLT4M as a student!
3. You will have access to two different programs for working out “Remote Fitness” or “Remote Training: Athletic Performance” (or a different program given by Ms. Collins).
